This is the first place I have ever worked where I was made to feel like an equal. Where my work was not considered of secondary importance, something "anyone could do". I have a real sense of investment in the things for which I am responsible, and am proud of my accomplishments.

It's been very positive. The shift from earlier leadership has brought trust and accountability front. We now have the right people in the right place. Decisions are thoughtful and the leaders are protecting the company values and reputation. The people making the decisions are knowledgable.

They don't treat us like cogs. I reach out to any member of the team if I have a question or an issue, and I will get a real response back from them in as timely a manner as possible. Even the CEO.

The pricetags on the core benefits (m/d/v) is good and I appreciate having unlimited PTO. I wish the voluntary benefits were more robust - more options, better prictags - and I wish the company match was better for 401K.

The work I do is valued as just as important as any other form of development (front end vs back end). There is no "competition" between any of devs or dev teams - we are all working together, not trying to one-up each other. Everyone is willing to help anyone else, if they can.
