Being able to just do my work, and make progress. And being able to do it from the comfort of my own home, where it is quiet and without external distractions.
They don't treat us like cogs. I reach out to any member of the team if I have a question or an issue, and I will get a real response back from them in as timely a manner as possible. Even the CEO.
The work I do is valued as just as important as any other form of development (front end vs back end). There is no "competition" between any of devs or dev teams - we are all working together, not trying to one-up each other. Everyone is willing to help anyone else, if they can.
