I have been working hard to do all I can for this company. The last 2 years have been very difficult with the misguidance (or lack thereof) from the leadership team. I have also had to pick up the slack from the lack of support from the sales team in order to keep my partners as happy as possible.

There is 100% disparity when it comes to compensation and promotions here. Some resources are forced to follow strict HR rules while others are promoted outside of these protocols. There are no guidelines for senior leaders to follow for exceptions, this creates this sense of discrimination
