I feel motivated everyday, having a culture of unnecessary meetings goes a long way of being to able to focus on your job. Truly enjoy having conversations with all leaders at the firm and working with my team. I believe in the company's product, but we need to expand on our offerings.

The most positive aspect of the culture and environment is the strong sense of collaboration, new leadership and shared vision. There is a focus on enjoying the journey, managers recognize hard work and we celebrate successes.
