Parsons Corporation: Parsons is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Company). It's an outstanding benefit (percentage awarded to me each year) + there is matched 401K. It adds up quickly!

Sam's Club: It's less from the company and more from my coworkers. They make things positive.

Walmart: Relating and communicating with their employees. Just because you're in a higher position doesn't make you a better person than anyone else. Many have a problem keeping their feet on the ground. Granted, not everyone has this problem but quite a few.

J. C. Penney: If everyone were treated more equally & fairly due to wages compensation & booth renting. If the company can get along better with the employees and establish a better partnership it would be a smoother happier setting & environment all around "daily".
Kohl's: Undpaid and overworked. Have to pick up the slack of other employees. Work more hours and do more work, but the low rate of pay is terrible.
Macy's: They are really involved with their employees
