Sanford Health: do not support long term employees
Aimbridge Hospitality: Always willing to help and easy to talk to
Stanley Black & Decker: Great immediate manager - poor leadership team
Aimbridge Hospitality: Large company to be able to move around to advance career, hotel is run by regional people who don't see the day-to-day operation but have too much say in how to run hotel. Overall, i believe that I'm able to grow with the company.

ABM Industries: You got No PTO and worst treatment. I work in Nashville airport
Aimbridge Hospitality: Better benefits ,more follow through

Aimbridge Hospitality: Overall good. Had to leave for a while and lost my tenure so I get less time off each year.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I know I am an Aimbridge employee but I don't feel any connection to Aimbridge. Aimbridge itself is barely brought up and the focus is more on our owners and how they want the hotels ran and their involvement in why things are the way they are.
Meta: I would love to work from with this company.
LKQ Corporation: The leadership team is adept at navigating tough economic times, e.g. impact of Covid pandemic and always keeps the employees interest in front.
KeyBank: I would like to take a moment to complement Manager Joshua Flores for his professional posture, which was presented on a personal level. In addition, I was extremely impressed when he introduced me to his team. Furthermore, I noticed that he spends a lot of time behind the counter with his team.

I think if the company as a whole at the top level commits to being present at the property it will make the whole staff feel appreciated. My personal issues stem from management style of a specific manager
Aimbridge Hospitality: Loved the positive enviroment i felt when joining the team. Absolutely love the guests. However management is not managed. HR and employee rights are not understood, there is no one to turn to when you have an issue with injust behaviors. Experience has went downhill causing anxieties and toxicity.
