At times it feels as if we are so big we've forgotten about the teams at the properties, we need better relationships with corporate, ownership, and properties.

While Aimbridge is a great company, it feels we have lost sight of the people in the field. We've outgrown our ability to be personal. We also don't hold owners accountable for many shortcomings. It often feels like I work at a hotel on an island alone, not part of one of the biggest companies.

There is a difference between the culture at my hotel and the culture of the company. It doesn't feel the corporate employees "get out of the office" to know the field team.
