I statred as a fron desk agent and within six months I was promoted to Sales Coordinator. I love my job and I'm proud to be a member. If was in my best interest to start at the front desk because I am able to help my team in certain areas, where they fall short since I have the front desk experience

As a Sales Coordinator, I do not receive holiday pay. I have to use PTO. If we meet budget as a team, I do not receive compensation for my contribution.

The best part of our culture is the teamwork and support among colleagues. People genuinely want to help each other succeed, and there is a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and strong relationships.

I'm happiest when I can build strong relationships, help customers, work with a supportive team, and see the positive results of my efforts. Feeling valued and recognized for my contributions makes work even more rewarding.

I feel undervalued when my performance and contributions exceed expectations, but my compensation does not seem to reflect that. More competitive pay, clearer paths for advancement, and recognition of results would help me feel that my work is valued.
