Calix: The organization has been welcoming overall. Coming from a software background, it appears that some of the team member are having difficulty embracing the transformation from the 'premise, CPE,' provider space to a SaaS platform provider business model .
The RealReal: It is just exhausting to work at such place. They expect workers to hit a daily quota that is unrealistic. But they wonder why so many customers are so UNSATISFIED with the products they ordered. The management groups mostly are repeating what they are told to tell their staff and are like robots.
