Fanatics: Often feels TOO fast paced. Communication and resources struggle to keep up with business growth & ambition, meaning folks are stretched thin chronically.
First Merchants: The organization is able to provide avenues for individuals to grow, and are willing to assist with the growth of an individual and a team. I have been welcomed with open arms in many cases, but feel there is still barriers existing around different types of individuals.

Barracuda Networks: not bad could be way better but there's no interest in change and or growth with in barracuda to make things easier for us and better for the customer. i just get told this is how things are done so this is how we are going to do them..... how can you expect to grow as a company with that mindset?

CAI: CAI is a stable organization with a number of ongoing projects and engagements offering its employees ample amount of varieties of projects using different technology stack. Work life balance is the key in here and the company takes active interest in the well being of all its employees.
NWN: i came here 2 yrs ago and strongly believe I made the right decision for a variety of reasons. Management the 2-3 levels above me have been fantastic. Back Office Ops is understaffed; Pre-Sales Architects are understaffed. That's life in Corporate America but it caps out possible productivity.
Sitecore: There are some ups, some downs. I'm not sure about C level long term plans for the company as C level gets shuffled around often without much effect on the workers. Sitecore is a solid product, but perhaps lacking some velocity and flexibility that the competitors may have.
Radancy: Overall, things seem to be improving, but it feels like things can move too quickly at times.
Barracuda Networks: Generally positive but have had a number of negative experiences.
Sitecore: I have had nothing but positive experiences while at Sitecore. I feel I can continue to grow with the company and add value.
Sitecore: Not great. Started out pretty well but with all of the organizational changes and shift in focus to more sales orientation, there seems to be a decline in how employees are treated. I feel like I'm just a number, not a valuable member of the company
Wellhub: I am a newer employee and I can honestly say that in my 20 year career, I have never worked at a place like Gympass. It is an inspiring environment.
Radancy: Love the work. Down word communication is sometimes an issue as top to middle have been here 15 plus years and sometimes forget to keep the newer people advised.

Pay is the only reason I have even looked for work elsewhere. Compared to the market value, long term employees are underpaid.

We have lost paid holidays, lost the ability to stack PTO, lost money due to new insurance changes, and have not been given market quality raises. This company is showing that employees do not come first and the transparency is no longer here
