I have been here for 8 years, and in two different roles. With a role of leadership I have enjoyed the challenge and opportunity to build backed by a fantastic leadership team providing me all the tools to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the well being of their staff.

The mix between Salary and Compensation Bonuses drives incentives to win and to lead.

They are eager to learn, willing to try, and focused on the team goal

Very competitive and high % commissions out of total revenue booked. Also being paid upon invoiced revenue.

Getting to lead a great team, and having the consistent support from leadership. A willingness to help and educate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A large company with a small family feel in region. People working together with handshakes for the goals to complete greatness.

Their continuous focus on pouring into our sales and customer experience. Powering our business with tools to not only be successful, but sustaining and building life long customer relationships.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am working hard to solve a pain for my customer, and together with my team, we work to implement solutions that better our customer's business. A job well done creates pride in my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire some of the smartest and most certified individuals at this company. This helps build confidence with our customers. Everyone is excited to work here, and wants to do the best job they can to better the team's goals and progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very close connected together. Our CEO down to the technician, there are direct lines of communication across the business. Management strives to "LISTEN" to the employees, and then act upon any ideas or forward thinking action items. Everyone has a powerful place here.
