Global Industrial Company: I love mu job and everything about it and I so appreciate the values, the culture and the vision
ProMach: Great job, great roll, horrible work environment. Leadership is weak and does not hold people accountable for their job responsibilities, so it just gets passed down the line. If someone doesn't do a portion of their job and you complain about it, it is give to you, rather than address the problem.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection: We were to receive the 5% discount in addition to the 15% &10% discounts. This was ok'd first by our salesman and then a lady who called back for the story who said the credit would be sent to our card account used for the purchase. It's been a month-no credit, no response to many CS emails.
ProMach: Overall ProMach is a good company to work for. The different divisions of ProMach are very disconnected though. The company is very much driven my profit vs investing in its people.

Things that aren't great: unhappy customers, projects sold w/ undeveloped products or w/out enough hrs, some depts understaffed delaying projects, a super negative/unencouraging Town Hall call, high turnover.
Monster: Sales team only reaches back out to help when renewal time is approaching.

The male assistant told me North Face didnt support on line sales and wanted customers to go into stores. When I said this was not helpful I was told it woukd be my prerogative to shop elsewhere. So I will.
