IMEG Corp: I've worked at 4 other engineering firms and IMEG is the best in regards to diversity of projects, coworkers, office conditions, salary, location, and benefits. They also give you all the resources to further your excel and further your career.
ProMach: It is a good company that provides a lot of different solutions for a lot of different industries. The moral and overall culture is not ideal and management does not seem to care about the culture or its employees. The training has not been good either and am constantly in the dark on things.
Tivo: Quit putting commercials on the programs which are recorded on the DVR.
IMEG Corp: I have been here over 18 years, starting when I was a jr. engineer. I have had so many great opportunities to learn and grow. I have really been able to create a rewarding career here.
IMEG Corp: I'm having to shoulder a lot of responsibilities with no meaningful help. The helps that were assigned to me invariably got re-assigned to other projects that are more urgent/underworked/improperly staffed. This situation leads me to having to work constantly.
IMEG Corp: Working at IMEG has been very rewarding and interesting, both in terms of the work and the people. We are a growing firm with many opportunties available for both recent college graduates as well as for seasoned personnel with many years of experience. It all makes for a great work environment.

The UPS Store: It was awful i had a collegue that would constantly harass me and when i took it to the franchisee for a resolution i was told "dont worry about it until next week" and i was fired

Victaulic: Managment stuck in the past. Lack of career develoment, upward mobility and stifling culture towards women and minorities. Low pay & slow to innovate, competition quickly overtaking market share. "Boys club" culture and inability to listen to employees all contributing to brain drain.
IMEG Corp: I've worked for IMEG for many years and have never regretted it. I know it's not normal today, but IMEG is my first job since college. I might work into my 70's just because I love the work and people.
IMEG Corp: Overall, definitely significantly more good than bad. I've been offered positions at other companies for increased pay, but the totality of the "package" wouldn't have added up to the value IMEG provides.

IMEG Corp: There really is a path for growth within the company and you have the ability to really have access to the "higher ups" in the company to get your voice heard. I do think there is a bit of an imbalance with work/life balance at the moment, but that is industry wide with the shortage of engineers.
IMEG Corp: Overall it has been a good experience. The difficult part that i have seen is hiring new talent b/c of a lack of exposure in our state. This can also be applied to winning new projects.
IMEG Corp: Fantastic place to work with some of the best people and top notch engineers around. Very challenging but very rewarding work and no two days are the same. IMEG is very flexible and allows staff to be professionals and work when and where needed.

Despite glowing performance reviews I was routinely denied promotions as white men with fewer years of experience soared through the ranks. There were no job descriptions or objective performance metrics, just unrelenting bias and favoritism.
New Relic: Flexible and innovative company with great benefits
Shake Shack: The team members and management make sure im taken care of during a shift. Lots of genuine room to grow and progress within the company with plenty of milestones and touchbases along the way.
Netflix: I love how i can easily access the movies i am watching and how it shows watched after it has left my list of what I'm watching

National General Insurance: DO NOT use this company. It is the absolute worst experience. It has been three weeks since my accident, and nothing has been done. They do not answer their phones. They give names false names of people to call that do not exist in the company.
The Knot Worldwide: Amazing. I am lucky to work for such an amazing company. I love my coworkers and I feel as if the work I do is important. I enjoy making a positive impact.

The department heads have all been here for a while which gives a good foundation, and the team works well and is respectful to others. I would note that many younger coworkers have left recently, which is an issue that needs addressed.
CAI: The work is interesting but the compensation is on the low side. The fact that employees working on client projects cannot make their own contributions to the company's 401K plan (even if CAI does not contribute) should give one food for thought, when considering employment with CAI.
Tokyo Electron: Contract pay is okay but it seems like it’s worth it in the long run when full time employ
Insight Global: I have been with the company for 10 years. It was my first job outside of college and while it is challenging it is so rewarding.

Hurley Medical Center: The people are wonderful to work with. The down side is if you are not a front line nurse, medical provider or IT, the tools and resources allowing one to perform work is not readily accessible. It would be much easier to provide lap tops with docking stations to take with you.
VyStar Credit Union: Repeated technology catastrophes! New Internet rollouts completely failed in 2018 and 2022, with no online ability to even check balances for weeks!

RH: No 401K match but ate buying yachts and provate jets to charter flr the 1%. Trying to be a design firm but wont shake their retail roots which divides the team. Hiring process takes too long and we lose great candidates b/c of it. "Love Us or Leave Us" is their motto for customers/employees

Xero Inc: I can't tell if it's losing or finding it's way - but right now it most certainly feels adrift.
