I have been with the company for 10 years. It was my first job outside of college and while it is challenging it is so rewarding.

Our uncapped commission structure and incentive trips!

Our leadership is truly here to serve. Since we only promote from within our leadership team is open, understanding and empowering.

My co workers, the opportunity to help someone to find a job, the challenge, the way it is very goal and results driven.

Maternity Leave at IG is much better than a lot of people I know. They also go above and beyond before during and after

I love being around like minded individuals! I take my work very seriously but at the same time I love to have fun/celebrate/get recognition which are all part of our company culture!

I like that they have started as recruiters. The processes they have in place are the same ones that they themselves did and that makes me hopeful for the continued growth of Insight Global.

I love that the leadership team started where we all do. I also love that during these uncertain times they have been over communicating everything and still doing a great job preparing for the future!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our uncapped commission. The base could be higher especially in certain offices where they think the base is reflective of the standard of living but in some cities it is not the case and could use re-evaluation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are truly family. I have made some of my best friends (and even bridesmaids) at Insight Global. We not only encourage and support one another but we also push one another to be the best version of themselves.

My team is scattered all throughout the US and we always get SO excited to see one another. Whether it is at a sales incentive trip, conference etc. We all get excited for each others successes and push one another to be the best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since we only promote from within I love that every leader in our company has started from the bottom and worked their way to where they are. I think it creates such a great culture of open communication and understanding but also respect because of this,
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is committed, hard working but also fun and cool. We have all different backgrounds and come from different places but we all just get along. I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a dispute with a co worker on something.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling good at my job. Loving the people around me. Us all motivating one another while also having fun and caring about one another on a personal level. I am also very money motivated and to be able to live a lifestyle outside of work that I do makes work even more rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture at Insight Global is why took this job 6 years ago. It is fast pace, regimented but changing, expectations are set and open communication is encouraged. While we work hard we play hard as well. I like to see my coworkers and love to spend time with them outside the office too.
