Process for raises is a joke as those allocations are handed out to teams for distribution rather than individual performance. (3) Was told my years of underwriting experience weren't enough, then had to show an underwriter how to do their job for a specific program. (4) Was a top performer, got let go in a layoff. (5) No pay incr.
