The service all along the way was absolutely deplorable and took me dozens of hours to manage them to get them to finish the promised job.

Vacasa: Vacasa has allowed me to grow my career substantially. The company recognizes talent and fosters professional growth. Vacasa is not afraid to try new things and take feedback to improve the business.
WEX: Management is forced to "be on the side of the company" or "the side of the employees". Managers are routinely put in a position of shafting the employee or bucking idiotic corporate policy/strategy
Opendoor: Opendoor is the most unresponsive company I have ever encountered. I am a buyer, a cash, no contingency buyer of one of their properties and we cant seem to get the deal closed. The left had does not know what the right hand is doing. Zero follow up to calls, emails, texts, etc.
Take 5 Oil Change: How quick and simple it is.
CareerBuilder: I love the energy at CareerBuilder and the teams I surround myself with. Great vision and great legacy to build from. CareerBuilder was a brand that I knew and loved in my early professional years and love to see the brand refresh that is happening.
SiriusXM: For some reason they've changed their broadcasting to have DJ's talk on music stations for 1 minute after every couple songs. I bought my subscription to hear music on music stations. I don't know who had the decision to change it but I wish they would put it back the way it was. Thanks

Oregon Tool: I used to enjoy my job but over the past few years we have under gone ownership changes and management changes and now it has become a terrible place to what it once was, unfortunate. They keep trying to hire people then they lay them off. There has been 3 or 4 layoffs in past 6 years.

Talend: On an individual scale it's great but at a bigger scale we are lacking Product Vision and specific goals that would be clearly communicated. Also, middle management is sometimes a smoke screen and the exec team is disconnected of what's going on in their org.
Talend: when I first joined Talend, I would never imagined staying this long (4.5y and counting), but the exciting projects and my smart colleagues make me want to stick around longer. Eager to see what we can achieve as a collective.

Talend: it's great, i have nothing to complain for now. product is fantastic, leadership is active and sharing their thoughts. Always pivoting in the challenging world we live in which is necessarily.
Unity: Fake 360 reviews and biased formal process. Set unrealistic expectations of work than what they make you do in real! Claim to have an open culture whereas when you reach up the hierarchy you're just crushed back under your manager.

Navico: Poor executive team with no experience in best in class companies, they have an evergreen hippie playing the role of the CEO. They should hire people with better background.
Palantir Technologies: Very satisfactory experience in the company

Frontier Airlines: Management is unwilling to hear new ideas, will not respond when frontline employees advise company of potential risks/issues, but blames employees when things go wrong. This is all despite the employees simply following policy, yet management pins it on flight crews

They dont allow the managers to do their jobs, and we lose any manager just as fast as they start. Start taking a closer look at FRANCHISEE's. Especially those with overwhelming turn over!

IBM: Joining HashiCorp was a terrible mistake. I'm only sticking around long enough to see my options vest and really make sure I don't make the same mistake joining another bad company.
Newport Group: The hoops they will jump through to delay releasing your funds are astonishing. Customer service reps are in the dark so you will be on hold repeatedly as they ask someone else. I will be lucky if I get my funds within 2 months. It's a nightmare if you depend on your money.
Instacart: I am proud to work at this company. Leadership is accessible and also provides guidance.
Klaviyo: They really care about the employees. Overall, one of the best onboarding experiences I've had.
AVI-SPL: So far its a decent company to work for.
