Archrock: Technolgy is a joke. They "on board" you but that does not match real life. Never sure who is running each job site. Lots of time standing around talking to get their 12 hour pay. Not real worried about safety. Basically, you are left to fend for yourself. Pray someone wants to help you.

Phenom: Generally it has been a mostly positive experience thus far, although it is VERY fast paced and a pretty heavy workload compared to other positions I have held. As with any job, there are pros and cons.
Phenom: I walked away from bonuses and commissions to come to Phenom, with the promise that I'd make more money here. I've made significantly less money, and with the structure of pay (I encourage our HR team to review all state laws about commission payout terms), it takes too long to get paid. I'm dying.
