LG Electronics North America: We resist improvement. We are overly focused on retail. The company pays competitive salary and benefits but bonuses fluctuate too drastically. Many KPIs unachievable year over year. The company has unrealistic year over year growth expectations (see 2021 achievement vs 2022 BP).

ServiceTitan Inc.: Everyone is nice to work with, but most of all leadership is constantly surprising me in positive ways. The Sr. leadership here makes me proud to be a Titan because they work hard for the employees and it shows. I feel it and see it; day in and day out.
UiPath: Its hard to know if we are compensated fairly if pay bands are not transparent. Also pay increases that at minimum match inflation rates
