Management is friendly but poor. I shouldn't be expected to answer all the calls and emails I get outside of work. I am constantly told I am very good at my job but I feel punished for it. Either I am lied or my manager should be of help with my career development within the company.

My hard work getting noticed and rewarded. Having open-minded co-workers, a healthy work-environment and having good relationships with my co-workers.

Actually listening and coming up with solutions. Also, giving back as much as they expect to get and not just expecting everyone to work more/harder because we are going through "tough times". It is as tough (if not tougher) on the employees as it is for the company.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
All the benefits/extras have been ripped off as soon as the pandemic started and never given back. I had to work harder and for longer hours but my yearly raise was not on par. Even tough my managers tell me how much they appreciate, they actually don't do anything to show it.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
A less obsessive work environment would be better. I don't want my coworkers or my manager to call me for things that are not urgent by any means after work hours or expect me to work as usual on my annual leaves which I more than deserve and only have 14 days of in a year.
