H&E Equipment Services: good and bad sometimes its a great company but it gets very bad at times to much change over at mid levels ,causing massive issues at lower levels always blame the small guys finally trying to help the actual employees who due the ground work after all these years

The VPN configuration of the company did not work, so I could not download the packages of many projects. The project cannot be started locally, causing difficulty
Curative: It's mainly positive, but I think my site is poorly managed. I also think the company could hire some field ops employees and permanent employees. This would be a great incentive to be a better employee and it would help us feel recognized as good workers.

Canon USA: Job was eliminated during pandemic (along w/hundreds of other employees that were laid off) but within 1 yr Canon all of the sudden has lots of job openings everyday!!! Odd ....even if u were told u were the best & doing an excellent job! majority employees laid off were OVER 50-60 yrs of age!
