RingCentral: good, fast paced, challenging welcoming
RingCentral: Anthem and UHC categorize prescriptions differently, resulting in my family having to pay significantly more money on prescriptions this year. It would have been nice to know about this difference when electing.
RingCentral: RingCentral is the only telco provider I would want to work for. Great Company.
RingCentral: So far it's been great. I believe there are some opportunities in training for the role itself. FITE Club was very valuable, but didn't provide specifics to prepare me for my role. I did not receive much value from the videos, would like more hands on training for the BDR role.
RingCentral: My experience at this company has been extremely positive and wonderful. I'm excited to start each and every day and being here actually puts a smile on my face :)

I am on a really tough project that definitely isn't going to plan, but despite the struggles, the higher ups are encouraging us as we seek to finish. The environment is still positive and the team has each others' back even in the face of extreme adversity.

Day Translations: I've only been employed at DT for a couple of months but so far my experience has been amazing. Management has been very helpful and training outstanding. I'm not expected to learn everything in one day and training is progressive. Great team!

Day Translations: I have been enjoying working at Day Translations, it is an ideal work environment where you are conntected to many people around the world, and you spend your shift with knowledgable colleagues, and satisfied clients.
RingCentral: I feel that there has been a lot of turn over due to micro management and not being treated like adults. Sadly this is something that has reduced team members productivity and reduced the relationship building aspect. Some managers sit on the on their phone when they are talking to you.
Day Translations: A very colorful experience with slight ups and downs. I feel hopeful for the future.

Box: A great combination of young founding members with the foundational Box DNA and new, more seasoned leaders bringing what's needed for scale, growth and profitability!
