Wellhub: I'd say this isn't the easiest company, in terms of the pace we move. Everything is extremely fast, however what makes it easier is to have coworkers and upper managers who are really passionate about Gympass. It's infectious in our office and in our meetings.

Vertafore: My experience has been that the expectation of salaried employees is to work 50-60 hours each week, despite being compensated based on a 40-hour workweek. The extra hours are never recognized (or even acknowledged) by leadership.

Dynatrace: I find it frustrating that even in a survey about how I feel about this company, there is no place to provide constructive feedback about what I may not like or want improvements on. I very often feel unheard or unseen in this company and even in this survey, there is no room to bring this to light.
Vertafore: Helping a customer understand their data.
Dynatrace: Positive environment. If someone has a good idea we have the ability to try it. Everyone get's along great, and we work hard to help each other. I constantly see people gathering at someones desk to help work through a problem together.
Dynatrace: I'm fairly new to the team, but so far, I have been impressed with what I have seen from the company. I feel like there is a true dedication to my success and learning.

RMS: Pros: interesting and valuable work. Varied projects, each week is different. Cons: changing management. Lots of executive hirings instead of analyst hirings, means a top heavy org. Execs don't understand company, make detrimental changes. Constant changes to output to reflect current exec mood.

Dynatrace: The company tries to present itself as a cutting edge technological marvel and in reality it is just a bunch of legacy code and high profile engineers unwilling to change their pieces of code they see as perfect in every way with bugs being just misunderstanding on how it works.
