Five months in and I am impressed with the quality of the leadership and company culture. Great place to work!

Despite low compensation, my overall experience has been very positive. I feel well supported by my manager and other leadership in my role and career development, and most everyone I have met at the company is easy to work with and very supportive.

The compensation is low but the benefits are great. I feel valued by my manager and my team; the compensation does not align with that value, though.

Open office environment allows for more collaboration (and socialization). We are also well fed with bagels on Monday, donuts on Friday, and a burrito vendor visiting twice a week!
