You have to put a case together for raises and promotions but the compensation is worth it.

They said to talk to your manager about special accommodations then told managers to tell people there were no accommodations. I have a 4 hour round trip.

It very much feels like we are not successful and are taking a shotgun approach to try and improve without working with those the changes affect. Moral is very low and our teams are extremely frustrated with our direction.

ERG's add no value when you take the core reason for forming them(heard that the veteran ERG is open to anyone who supports the military, so it's not really a veteran ERG group and just a proud, American group?). Pay your people and EAC is a joke and needs an overhaul.
