Constellation Brands: High rates of turnover due to poor compensation and benefits. Company is refusing to modernize to stay competitive with other similarly sized organizations within the industry. Elitist and classist culture separates brand, marketing, sales, events from the actual hospitality and production workers.
Wiley: I love my Wiley. Yes I feel I belong to Wiley this is my second place of work and Wiley has given me nothing but the best. Love you soo much my Wiley Family!!
David's Bridal: I feel extremely underpaid for the responsibilities that i have. Non-commission workers, like myself, only get a bonus if stylists do their job well and sell enough. I often give my sales to commissioned workers because i have a higher chance of getting a bonus if i do.
Bertucci's: I love my job and interacting with my guests and providing a positive experience for each and every one of them.
Auto Club of Southern California: Great company, outdated technology. Punative punishment is used in the direct sales unit often, which is discouraging. Even to a high performer like myself. Management strategies can be way better.
Union General Hospital: great place to work but the pay rate is very low. Do't go buy the web sites telling you what the pay rate is, it's much lower. They pay per job not by experience.
DoorDash: Idea is nice with its system. Don't keep all the money to one source, distribute it ti all sources. This lufe and world are short.:)

Suddenlink Communications: Ever since I moved to this address I have been complaining about my internet constantly rebooting. Now it reboots atleast once an hour everyday if not more than that. I asked for the main line to be replaced and they sent a tech who supposedly came before the scheduled time and left before time.

BluePearl Veterinary Partners: COMMUNICATION and customer service. I used the Mt. Pleasant and it was the worse experience. I would never recommend anyone to that facility.
TransPerfect: So many fees to be paid at the first payment being a international freelancer, it's astonishing! The first one is $50 for caution, the next is $100-$250 for a activation code for validate the bank transfer, and MORE one of $800! That's a lot of money where the national coin is lower than $5

Tuesday Morning: Cheap company. No holiday pay. No recognition from corporate. Working here is like squeezing blood from a rock. They take and want more but don't want to compensate.
Pella Corporation: Great product, but their customer service is the worst I have seen from any company even cable and airline companies! If something goes wrong with any window you might as well just replace the whole house with another brand. Aweful!
