Mr. Cooper: An overpayment was made on 5/27 - I called them on 5/31 - it was going to be returned - it will take 24-48 hours to process. Today is 6/16 my funds have not been returned. At least 3 times I've been told that the previous customer service rep. didn't do the paperwork correctly. Worst company ever!
Pella Corporation: Service. We love our Pella windows but we cannot get the service issues finalized. We still are missing the overhead strike plate on our double patio doors and some weather stripping. THese are easy fixes but the Pellla service department does not respond to multiple requests by our builorder.
RingCentral: The company provided everything that the employee needs either while working from home or at the office. Hopefully, the company will permanently implement the hybrid setup for their employees, we feel that we are more productive while working from home and performing better as seen on our ratings.

Pella Corporation: Customer Service line is the absolute worst. I was basically told to "eat it" and there's nothing they can do for me. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. I understand if there's nothing you can do, but at least offer me an apology and make the ability/opportunity to speak to someone else.
RingCentral: I love working with RingCentral. I know that I have a better future here and I'm doing everything I can to contribute and be part of leadership in the future. Thank you, RingCentral.

HubSpot: Events and swag do not make up for the fact that I'm not paid a realistic wage. I can survive, but I will never be able to do things like afford a house with my current salary. Annual compensation increases should match inflation at a minimum.

Apria Healthcare: The CPAP machine they sent me was defective and of very poor quality. I returned the machine in Jan. 2022. I still have not received a new machine and can't get anyone on the phone. No return calls. The machine was paid for and I have no machine. Need help.

INTEGRITY: I love the company and my job. I am not particularly happy with the extremes with either too much work, or down time. I don't like that we often waste time with incorrect data and forced deadlines that don't make sense. Staying at work until 11pm to meet a deadline should be the exception.
