Innospec: Terrible company to work for. Every decision that is made is based on short-term. This company is not for long-term employment. It's for waiting for the next better job to come along. All of the plant equipment and laboratory instruments are old. This is because they do not invest in anything.

Although I have had successes, it is due to my hard work - not from my managers guidance. Waters needs to do a better job training their managers.

Rackspace Technology: RXT Services, Products and customer support is very fragmented internally. Internal tools, processes, teams are almost completely disconnected from each-other. Company is not delivery what we promise to our customer in agreement.
Rackspace Technology: Racksapce is a place were I can express my self, deliver ideas and results, I havent have a leader to lean in, but it hasnt stopped me to do my best and do what i love.
RingCentral: I'm very thankful that RingCentral hired me during the pandemic. The benefits are awesome and it helped me and my family when it comes to financial constraints.
Rackspace Technology: My personal experience at Rackspace has been very good - I continue to learn every day, have had numerous opportunities to take on new roles and move up, and have worked with some of the best professionals in the business. Unfortunately, I worry my experience is more the exception than the norm.

CertainTeed Corporation: Fails to provide wages that let their employees have affordable housing. Supervisor is aggressive, gets angry and takes it out on the employees.

There is not enough coaching session due to workload. I believe that coaching session is very important so we can provide feedback in a timely manner.

Western Governors University: The culture is biased. If you're not part of the "in-crowd" you don't get recognized or rarely acknowledged. They have many "cultural beliefs" and leadership principles, but only recognize them if you are part of that crowd. Very discouraging.

Smile Brands: I have worked with the company almost ten years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I enjoy working remotely and enjoy working with my team as a whole. I feel I have an important role with the company and do it to the best of my ability.

Feeling like I can speak to people like Tanisha Wicker, Brad Schmidt, Christy Englehart, Latecia and Dr. AJ and not be judged but that they truly care is what makes my experience unlike anywhere I have worked in my 35 year career

Smile Brands: Having come from the same field but at a company who operates at a breakneck pace for much less pay, the positive difference is staggering. I actually look forward to coming to work. I've not felt the "Sunday Blues" since i started working here.

Smile Brands: No company is perfect, but I feel that Smile Brands consistently strives to improve the company to benefit employees, patients, and share holders. Steve Bilt is an amazing CEO who has the guts to take a public stand for those who have been historically marginalized.

Visionworks: Bad compliance, ethics, and customer service. One person tried to help and she's moving. Phone help a joke from your customer care team. 4 people said we'll take care of it. None didn't.
Smile Brands: The camaraderie of my co-workers and this includes my Drs.
Smile Brands: There's too few great folks here who give it their all, but too many who do not.
