It has been a great 10 years with the company. I have learned a lot. I have impacted many in positive ways and I have grown both professionally and personally as a result.

I have been with the organization for 11 years plus. It has been a great and rewarding journey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the meetings and team builder events.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy are patients, employees and my managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and play hard. We are close and support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the consistency, empathy and passion they all exhibit no matter what it is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to transition from working onsite to remote to keep us safe. In addition, the constant communication within everyone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the good energy, interactive communication and getting to know if both parties are the right fit to build a partnership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health, vision and dental are great. In addition, the other benefits offered good. I appreciate the HSA contribution from the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is involved. They do a great job in keep our work environment safe. They work hard in keeping a strong culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team- Knowing that i get to work with them all and make a difference over the phone. Helping our prospective patients, providers and offices is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, all benefits are great. Health, Dental and Vision. Although their 401k match came into place this year, this is still not a strong benefit. In addition, the salary compensations can be a bit more competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is united, passionate, dedicated and a pleasure to work with. They all are so receptive to change and genuinely want to help anywhere possible. I am privileged to work for such an amazing team.
