We all get to resolve issue and our differences in an instant. We help each other out like a family.
They need to listen to their employees and not just the business side of the company. Dont put all the work on us.
Dont make us feel like were robots and unvalued. Listen to your employees voice and take action. You keep sending survey but thats just it.
Listen to their employees. Dont treat us like a trash. They say we are like family and that "employee matters" but we dont feel like it.
Communication and be a team player. Try to help each other out and not to pick on which one is doing their job better or worse.
Based on my tenure and performance for the past years I would say I am poorly compensated and the benefits that were asking like retirement pay must consider.
I think they should consider the tenure of the employee. We have sent numerous concern about the benefits that we think would help us feel valued like 14th month pay, SIL and add compensation but no feedback or action is taken.
