I do like this company but I do not feel employees are compensated enough for the amount of work we are expected to do. I have been here 2 years and have not received a single raise! I understand there is a pandemic, but you need to compensate the people who continued to work non stop through this.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have really enjoyed working for this company. They do a lot to make their employees feel appreciated which can be rare. I do have an issue with it as well though. I feel that the people being hired are not adequate for the job. A lot is being done wrong, leaving other employees to pick up the mess

I do not think we are compensated enough.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the team has met our numbers

Being able to work freely without being micromanaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part the environment is very positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very involved with the company and team
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process was fine but the people I interviewed with made the conversations very awkward and uncomfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We make each other feel appreciated in every role of our job/team. We always try to work together when someone needs help too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I used to love all the events we did at the office. Even so, our leadership team does a great job letting us know we are appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a firm believer that good employees deserve a decent wage to live off of. That has become nearly impossible to do these days, even with our last pay increase. Smile Brands needs to step up and pay us what we actually deserve otherwise you will start to lose good employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My main coworker is incredibly lazy and is not a team player. She makes doing my job unbelievably difficult and is never at her desk. She gets away with everything because she is not supervised. I honestly believe she needs to be replaced instead of allowing her to do the BARE minimum everyday.
