Retirement. I have been with the company for 10 years, i just dont want that to be put to waste after investing so much time

Meeting my team and other colleagues, discussing how we can improve as a team and our oerformance, process enhancements. I like taking new tasks, it makes me excited

visibility. I like that they conduct quarterly all hands to all employees and let us know the plans of the company and how did we do in the past quarters/years
