I am very satisfied with my experience here. I think there are times where things may be tough but we always work through them and get back into a positive space.

I can see that they genuinely care about individuals of the company, not just hitting numbers. I think there are always areas where we could improve but overall we are moving in the right direction.

I have a team of super talented people within my own team and across the organization. I do think that there are some areas where we could all improve in communication and the spread of work across teams but overall I feel that I have a team that supports growth of the organization.
