Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience with the company through the last 3 years working has been a roller coaster ride. I've been with different teams and encountered leaders who nearly drove me out of the company. I experienced being micromanaged but I am still hoping that the company will help me find a position

Determining which people on the team are best suited to take on a task and empowering them to do so

Since work from home has started and they changed our immediate supervisor, everything seems to be different now. I can no longer see any good about the leadership team.
