Pegasystems: I joined Pega systems as I understood they had a high trust culture, I was not disappointed. Pega practice all aspects of striving for diversity and day to day understanding of the fact that happy fulfilled employees are the most productive.
Pegasystems: Pega has provided me the avenues to use my education and experience to reach new levels that were on my 5 and 10 year goals. Kudos to them for enabling me to attain those goals. Now to make new ones.

Pegasystems: Pega is sometimes described as a 38-year-old startup. I think that's accurate. The technology is proven, but the company is constantly innovating and growing. This creates opportunities within the organization to take on new roles and grow professionally.
Pegasystems: I work with a great team. However, in IT there's still a lack of women in managerial positions. Leadership has indicated they're working on improving the diversity, but it will take time, apparently.
Elsevier: I have just started and I have already felt incredibly lucky to be part of my team and the company. I have been welcomed and appreciated for who I am and what I offer. I feel recognized and supported by nearly every person I have spoken with.

I have lost my health insurance availability due to the Manger of the office not ever informing me how many hours I need to qualify for health benefits.

The only "negatives" - which are infinitely small compared to the positives - are the usual things that come with being part of a big company: an oddly complex on-boarding, overly restrictive laptop regulations (especially for engineers), et cetera.

Qorvo: Get the highest pay. The raises are way below the cost of living each year. Medical premiums continue to rise by 25 to 45 percent. Does not cover the raises that you get each year.
