Better: I really enjoy my job.
Extended Stay America: If you have a choice of being homeless or working at the wilmington branch, choose being homeless. The turn over rate at this property is beyond ridiculous. TransPerfect: provides an environement where the entreprenerial can thrive.
Rackspace Technology: In the 10+ years I've worked here there's been a slow march towards more corporate behavior, and with the IPO and the new leaders (white/old/male) we're taking that to an extreme, "best-shoring" most roles, and prizing efficiency over effectiveness. The heart of the company is dead.

Krispy Kreme: Awesome team and support from management
GE Vernova: When I started at GE 20 years ago it was a wonderful place to work. Good pay, benefits, opportunities for advancement. Northwestern Memorial HealthCare: The benefits and the people I work with are amazing. However, if you don't follow the politics of the organization, you will most likely get shafted. LexisNexis Risk Solutions: The Technology team is generally great to work for, but I often feel we are undervalued within the wider business. It is next to impossible to recruit good senior engineers due to the poor benefits compared to other employers in the City of London, who can easily offer double the base salary we do.

Teledyne Technologies: Should pay employees better wages.
Rexel Holdings USA, Corp.: My experience started off positive however the constant changes in management and department direction lead to this becoming a negative workspace. Several coworkers have left the company since I have.
Ace Hardware: I have mixed emotions overall seems like a great company to work for but the PTO and hours don't make sense and seem cruel as I've only been employed for 4 months starting in March I'm only allowed to take off 3 days until next January and we often work mandatory Fridays adding up to 46 hours

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Passionate, dedicated, hard-working, personable, professional, and genuine.
Biogen: INITIALLY BIOGEN WAS AWESOME. NOW PPL OVER WORKED & UNDER PAID. NOT MANY POSITIONS FOR GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES. PERKS THAT SET BIOGEN APART ARE NO LONGER.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: It is a good company with aggressive goals, vision and cares about society, environment. I think that there is a lack in the HR area. It is always communicated how important it is to attract and maintain talent. In practise this doesn't happen. HR don't do enough to assist in areas of keeping talent
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Team players - collaborate and share ideas.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: There are great people but there are too many people who want the company to provide them whatever they ask for. They do not understand a corporate environment.

Invacare Corporation: Don’t work for the Sanford location they are nasty except for some of the workers that I’ve worked with. They are very unprofessional and predjudice. If you’re not a person who speaks Spanish they could care less about helping you. Management doesn’t know what they are doing

Mills Fleet Farm: Wages are low even thought they taut that they have competitive wage. Raises are a joke. They don't even keep up with inflation. The inventory and supply chain are totally dysfunctional leading to employees not able to find products for customers that should be in inventory. Minimal staffing.
MyEyeDr.: We are overworked and understaffed. This seems to be the common denomnator with all the reviews but it is true. When you don't have enough staff to run the office and everyday is draining on you, you do not want to go to work the next day. We all have bad days, but with this company it is everyday.

Follett Corporation: My manager had the emotional intelligence of a 4yr old
Surgical Care Affiliates: Hostile work environment. Surgical Tech verbally abuses staff. Have reported to my supervisor and to the CEO of the center. Nothing has been done. I told both supervisor and CEO I was going to report the situation to HR and I was told not to.
