Clinic directors love their numbers but not the quality of care lost with cramming scheduled with 20+ patients and 30 minute evals in between.

Shutterfly: Customer service is not in the US. Reps are very hard to understand and unable to resolve issues of misspelled name. Transfer and hold times are terribly long. I have been a customer for years and will no longer order cards from shutterfly.
HollyFrontier Corporation: Pinching frontline workers despite performance and margins. Operating a rapidly expanded company like its still a small business, hope they can shift their priorities to avoid continued turnover and potential for incidents resulting from lack of experience and job dissatisfaction in the field.
Victra: I started in inventory. Although the leaders are good people I didn't find myself happy at Victra. The team overall is unrecognized for all their hard work and i believe it has a lot to do with leadership. However in Operations I'm extremely happy.
