LensCrafters: LensCrafters sees stores and employees as numbers rather than individuals which can be excruciating at times. The pay is okay depending on your position and the benefits are good. Overall it is better than other optical stores, but not the best industry as a whole to work in.

Lennar: Senior leadership is unproffesional, unethical and extremely divisive. They preach about transparency and teamwork yet model zero percent of those attributes. The women are harshly criticized and belittled by senior female leadership, while the men are consistently hailed with concillatory gestures.

CareSource: It was great when i first started. Over the last few yeats, the culture has changed to be less about the members and the employees to about the profit. This has been at the expense of both the memebers and the employees.

Bell: Bell is a great 'small but big' company. Bell is global but it feels like a small company where people are allowed to get to know each other. There is camaraderie, and it is one contributor to what keeps us going in a healthy manner.
