Aamco Transmissions: I worked there all of 4 days just to be let go on the fourth day after working the whole day and being told i wasnt going to be a good fir because i didnt learn the entire job in those 4 days essentially. This has easily been the worst job experience of my life not to mention it was insulting.
ADP: Very satisfied and feeling of accomplishment and excellence being a part of ADP. Our technology is fast paced and our culture is very smart, it seeks to leverage internal ideas and products, automation and self service have always been a huge value and for me that is huge.
Simulations Plus: A fast paced, growing company with a start-up feel. You wear many hats and have many responsibilities outside of your core duties, but it is rewarding work.

You are just a worker bee so the high up management makes all the money and they do not recognize talented people who work there. They don't think through decisions at its full scale before implementation. Always going backward
Molina Healthcare: OVERWORKED! NO WORK BALANCE; THE work needs to be evenly distributed across the teams instead of piling on the team who is out in the field visiting members. Spread the required trainings out throughout the year, STOP over promising on delivering results to the STATE = quality over quantity .

Republic Services: Maintenance of equipment at the branch i work at isn't a priority. A lot of band aids being applied to problems instead fixing it when it presents itself. My branch is reactive more than proactive and it causes a lot of unnecessary headaches.
Brilliant Earth: Strong culture, supportive. The missions give eveything purpose. The team is growing and is really exciting to see our growth year over year.
Austin Energy: AE used to be a great company, but after Winter Storm Mara and the "retirement" of the old GM (JS) in 2023, the entire executive team isolated themseleves from the rest of the company and now lead out of fear of losing their jobs. Morale is horribble and anyone not in Plan A is leaving.

Alkami Technology: I think that it is mostly good, there are growing pains as well as a lack of vision from product and how we are organized around being a product company. This is changing in a positive direction, but remains a friction point. Otherwise, I think the company is headed in the right direction.

Alkami Technology: Alkami is a challenging place to work, and it's not for everyone. The combination of size, complexity and pace require employees and management to embrace challenges in a positive manner. There are few companies where you find highly skilled, and incredibly helpful people at every level and role.
