Mostly good but leadership seems slow to move and react in certain areas like AI and organizational changes. Our org is not setup very well IMO and is very inefficeint. I don't think we truly focus on being a technology / product company...we always fall back to being a sales and service company

The people in general are smart and want to do the right things. I also love the fact we use our own software (aka eat our own dogfood)
