Ace Hardware: Nice managers with 1 exception. Pay is unfair for whats asked of you. Floor associates slack off and are rarely held accountable; instead cashiers are expected to take on the extra responsibilities. The only positive thing I can say is that they are patient when it comes to training people.

Trimble: My experience at Trimble has been highly positive, characterized by an excellent work-life balance and a supportive culture. The diverse range of divisions allows for great internal synergy, and the high caliber of colleagues makes for a truly engaging work environment.
Trimble: Solid, however they have some pretty brutal internal promotion standards that make horizontal change less worth it.

There is a notable lack of accountability and a dismissive tone in peer interactions. Strengthening psychological safety and transparency would turn a challenging culture into a great one.
