Started well and has decreased and am less enthused as time went on as clearly seen more as a top down organization with limited collaboration, etc.

More collaboration. Feels that only a chosen few are actually listened to and remaining are treated like contractors or resources and not contributors.

More comprehensive understanding of all teams that should be engaged/involved in ideation discussions/phases and more strategic than reactive decisions in product visions for customer/consumers.

Technical Lead working better with team that lead is leading and treating as a peer versus a resource and allowing team to contribute to direction, etc., via discussions with lead to bring to the discussions w/ others outside the team. Seems more of a top down push than a collaboration.
