Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. So far the experience has been very positive. Many of my previous employers have had very toxic environments that are very much "money first, employees after", however this experience has been very much the opposite.
