Overall, in the past 12 months company has gone through inside-out development and changes. Maturing and improving so much, which is absolutely amazing for in fact a very young company that in the core has brilliant vision and mission.

My team is open-minded, knowledgeable and very much collaborative. I think we see each other as equal contributors to success which bring great satisfaction at the end of each working day.

I do not think that I am undervalued in a sense when I communicate with my team members or managers/leadership, but it would be good to see other signs of recognising my commitment, contributions and work, through promotions and salary increase. Like many others, we see regularly recognised.
