Overall, I enjoy working at Sensyne, I think the company is doing fascinating and valuable work, but there are as always things that can be improved. The people at Sensyne are exemplary - down-to-earth and friendly, and also highly proficient at their jobs. The risk is of burnout, due to work pace.

I think there is an authentic belief that Sensyne is doing good things for the world - something which at many companies is easy to say but hard to believe.

I have changed role since starting at Sensyne to one that matches my skillset and abilities more accurately, but my compensation has not changed to reflect the change in responsibility and the value my skillset can produce.

They are down to earth and laid back but with a shared drive to make progress at Sensyne. The company can move at a challenging velocity at times, but everyone remains in good spirits and has a pragmatic attitude.
