Collaborating with my coworkers who I consider many of to be close friends. Work Life balance is awesome as well.

Flexibility is huge, with 2 small children at home things come up and I always supported to take care of my family.

They are normal people, very approachable and easy to talk to. It is easy to tell that they care about everyone that works at SPS.

SPS is a pay for performance culture, I have worked hard and excelled throughout my career here at SPS and have been compensated for it every step of the way.
