I dont feel undervalued but would like the compensation to be modified a bit in accordance with the growing inflation.

Love the company culture of collaboration and employees come first. Love how people are always doing their best. Its inspiring to see everyone work hard and play hard.

All the fun we used to have as a team, its no longer there as we dont meet at work anymore. Willingness to help each other. Ease off each others work stress.

The openness and fun the leadership tries to bring with with work events. Love the culture where no one calls you for work after work hours. Miss the fun work environment we used to have when working in office.

I feel the last two years were a complete burnout and the compensation and benefits are not on par with the amount of workload we all have. We are definitely tipping the work life balance on the wrong side.

I love our CEO and the way keeps communicating with the entire company via emails throughout the year. I loved his communication and stance during entire pandemic. I think the entire leadership team drive the company culture. I also like my immediate supervisors and their attitude in general.

I love the relationship we share with our PMs and team members, the first time we saw each other in person after the pandemic, we all hugged each other. I loved it. We missed each other and my team is what made my job fun, peak pandemic WFH was the worst part of working as there was no team, no fun.
