Overall, it is a great company and I am happy to be here, but the pay and PTO could be improved upon.
It's a good company overall, but there is always room for improvement especially with compensation, getting actual sick time (not having to use PTO when life happens) and the benefits.
It's a growing company which is great and lots of room to move up in your career! Constantly talking about growth with little to new raises for the employees helping you get to a one-billion-dollar company is discouraging.
Getting to work with an awesome team
The transparency and willingness to communicate
Everyone's willingness to help each other
Open about goals, clear vision
Good benefits and ample PTO
Very open and collaborative environment
We all help each other and have a good time!
Encouraged to take PTO and have a true work-life balance.
My team and our daily interactions that make work more fun
My coworkers and working through complicated problems together makes them less daunting.
Great managers, encourage you to use your time off and find a work life balance
My team is collaborative and supportive of each other always and has fun along the way
More PTO or holidays as well as real sick time to use would make a huge difference
Encouragement from my teammates and managers to keep doing what needs to be done to reach our goals
They are very open about their plan to get to one billion, but do not explain how that benefits the employees.
My team is collaborative and supportive of each other, makes it super easy to ask for help whenever I need it.
The new medical plan does not cover as much as the previous one did. The compensation does not match what other companies are paying for similar roles.
My team is understaffed and it has been putting a lot of extra strain and projects on everyone since the beginning of the year and is causing burnout.
Higher base pay and/or more opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Also, more PTO/floating holidays as well as actual sick days would really help. 15 days of PTO gets drained really fast if you are sick.
I like the transparency about our goals and initiatives, but it is still very unclear what happens when we hit the road to one billion. Do we all get raises for helping the company grow? It is unclear what the benefit for the employees is at this time.
