When the work day is over.
They have made and kept SPS a very successful company that continues to grow and kill it in the retailer network.
They need to understand the customer is not always right and if they want to get good at EDI, they need to commit to learning and try.
The close friends I do have at SPS will be friends for life. They are great to work and collaborate with, and if days get long and stressful, they are there to provide support and a safe space to vent out frustrations and work through issues together.
I am in a role that is very replaceable, and when I do well and go above and beyond, I am told to keep performing, and 'maybe" I will get compensated for it. My most recent promotion did not feel like a promotion at all. It felt like an inflation adjustment, which was disappointing.
