My manager is amazing, she is real and honest and constructive and is always looking for ways to bring our team together and it shows and now my co workers are some of the dearest people in my life

I make $55000 a year as a grown adult, My manager speaks highly of me and I do excellent on my reviews, the company I work for is insanely successful and I work three jobs to live a minimal lifestyle.

My work load is extremely high and I have one of the lowest financial compensation in the company being on the SNE team. I often have to work outside of my regular business hours to catch up. I enjoy coming into the office but that also just eats into my salary

We are constantly told that we have constant growth and hear about how amazing the company is, but I need a second job just to pay my daily bills. I wanted to work in the tech industries for as long as I can remember, but its hard when bartending pays more

My pay is the same as retail workers, my health benefits are insanely expensive. The constant reminder that the company is doing great but I was able to qualify for free lunches for my daughters is disheartening. I feel like the executive leadership is beyond out of touch with general employees

My manager is the only leadership that interacts with me. She cares about me as human and not just an employee, as for the rest of the leadership, I have not had a single interaction which makes me feel like they care about me as an employee but that is where it ends

As an employee I do not feel valued, my work load is insane, I often do not take lunches and work overtime to just maintain my project level. The road to a billion is great, and it is amazing to work for a company with goals, but it gives off group project vibes with only one person getting credit
