I've definitely had my challenges and doubts at times at SPS, but some of those doubts led to such great growth and trust in our company. I think all of the challenges 2020 provided really showed how much SPS leadership listens to and leads their employees

Love SPS's vision and values, the outlook on the future of the company is strong. SPS could significantly improve at compensation and promotion to maintain experienced/tenured employees

Clear direction and I love their voicing of issues that many executives avoid taking a stance on.

Their focus on the goals, and their trust in the people they have hired to accomplish those goals

I genuinely love how everyone works together as a team, but also holds themselves accountable to the work they are responsible for.

I love how more tenured employees just "get it" - the experience with SPS is invaluable to SPS's culture and customers.

Love that we're all similar ages, with similar work ethics. I appreciate even more when I can trust that my coworkers are accountable for their work

I certainly do not feel undervalued. But I do think that paying more competitive compensation for the experience and value that long-term employees have will help with retention.

I feel valued as far as the respect and trust people have in me, however the compensation that I could make elsewhere is too tempting. I want so badly to stay with SPS because I truly believe in the vision/values.. but the salaries don't align with the desire to keep good mid-sr. level talent.
